"Speedways deLIVER Hope" Pulls into Charlotte Motor Speedway as Next Stop on Nationwide Tour

The "Speedways deLIVER Hope" campaign's next stop on its nationwide
tour will be Saturday, Oct. 16 atCharlotte Motor Speedway when cancer
survivors, their families and physicians will have the chance to
attend the Bank of America 500. The "Speedways deLIVER Hope" campaign,
organized by YES, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the support of
patients diagnosed with metastatic liver cancers, has been organizing
similar events throughout the NASCAR season, with more to come as the
Race for the Chase continues. Donated by supporters of YES, the VIP
luxury suite tickets will give unique, behind-the-scenes access to one
of the best venues in NASCAR and include pre-race access to pit road
and the chance to meet Tony Stewart, driver of the no. 14 Office Depot/
Old Spice Chevrolet Impala.

The staff at Charlotte Motor Speedway, who have each been touched by
cancer, are revving up the event by providing souvenir t-shirts to the
group and working to cover the track's infield with "HOPE" race day.

"We're so thankful for the support we've received from the staff at
Charlotte Motor Speedway and excited about all the action on race
day," said Suzanne Lindley, founder of YES and 10-year cancer
survivor. "Cancer has touched so many people, and with the speedway's
help we're here to let them know to never give up hope.
