Regional Film Commission to find outgoing, first-time home sellers
with the unique stories that HGTV loves.
In its third season, "My First Sale" captures the trials, stress and
successes that first-time home sellers experience prepping for the
sale: pricing, negotiating and ultimately selling their first home.
This is a chance for first-time home sellers within a 60-minute drive
of Charlotte to have this once-in-a-lifetime experience captured on
video. Candidates who are chosen for the show will receive a DVD of
the episode upon its airing. It's also a great opportunity for a real
estate agent to gain exposure through a national television show.
