Morgan will discuss "When and Where Are Faith and Prayer Appropriate?"
"I will be discussing the myth that we must park our faith at the
doorstep of our workplace and why we must challenge that myth and life
both our faith and our life of prayer 24/7," Morgan explained.
Morgan, a longtime member of Providence Baptist Church and Charlotte
resident, has served as Chairman of the Board of Krispy Kreme since
2005; President and Chief Executive Officer of Krispy Kreme since
2008; and Vice Chairman of the Board of Krispy Kreme from 2004 to
2005. He was previously Chairman and Chief Executive of Interstate/
Johnson Lane, an investment banking and brokerage firm, and led the
merger of IJL and Wachovia Corporation in 1999.
